The PRO NATURAL STONE BOX gabions are CE marked in the 2+ system, and can therefore be proposed and used in those projects, mainly public procurement, where a declaration of performance and CE marking in the 2+ system is required. Furthermore, Granulati Zandobbio can also supply all inert aggregates with the same marking
PROFESSIONAL electrowelded mesh gabions with 5.8 mm diameter wire hot-dip galvanized in class A (Zn/AI 95/5).
The PRO GABIONS of the Natural Stone Box brand, thanks to the high thickness of their galvanized wire and the resistance of the material with which they are made, are ideal for being stacked up to great heights, becoming sound-absorbing tools and therefore acting as anti-noise walls. Furthermore, they can support enormous loads of weight, being even able to be used as earth containers in depressions or as foundations for houses and structures in general. Metal gabions can be reused countless times, because they can be moved even when fully loaded.
Gabions are also draining, they are used for the creation of water drainage in land and soils for the stabilization and drainage of landslides by reducing the interstitial pressure.
PRO GABIONS can be supplied empty but also pre-filled with granulates of our production. This allows for great savings both in terms of time and costs on site.
Installing the gabions is incredibly easy and quick, assembling them takes just a few minutes.

Natural Stone Box gabions with 5.8 mm diameter wire can be purchased empty or already filled with aggregates.
It is recommended to fill the gabions with gravels with a grain size of 70-150 mm. The 6 standard colors for gabion filling are listed below.
